The first large-scale information campaign on HIV testing in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region, with the UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador Vera Brezhneva was launched in November 14, 2015 in Almaty.

Vera Brezhneva calls  those who believes that their HIV does not concern them, get test for HIV, find out their HIV status and start treatment if the test is positive. The task of the campaign is to break down the stigma and prejudice of people associated with testing for HIV infection. Almaty is the first city in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia where events are held within the framework of this information campaign.

In November 14, AIDS Center's AIDS Center's medical staff provided free, anonymous and confidential rapid HIV testing and counseling. Ones of the first to pass the test for HIV took a decision popular among young people actors, artists, musicians.
